Revshift turbo manifolds are 100% hand fabricated from high quality 304 stainless steel. They are fully TIG welded by a professional welder using a back-purging technique for maximum strength and durability. The runners are 16 gauge 304 stainless steel mandrel bent tubing and the flanges are made from 3/8" thick 304 stainless steel.

All of our manifolds are assembled on an oem cylinder head to ensure perfect fitment and stud clearance. The turbo flange has grade 8 threaded studs installed for easy turbo installation and removal.

Revshift manifolds are fully ported and polished for maximum flow and velocity. All flanges are milled flat to guarantee a tight seal against the cylinder head and turbocharger. A T3 or T4 turbo flange and 38mm, 40mm, or 44mm TiAL external wastegate flanges are available upon request.
